Best of luck to you, Jenn! You can do this and it won't even hurt (except for the first few hungry days). They will pass and by about the 3rd or 4th day you will be fine. If you need to, have a drink of juice or milk to get you over feeling too hungry.

Good Morning! Laff gave you some great advice. I always have milk in the refrigerator at work and home in case hunger gets too bad. God BLess and good luck.

I call this a No S “Thingyâ€. I have never been on a successful “Dietâ€. My brain thinks a "Thingy" is a new way of eating food, a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
