I had a good s weekend! Yes, I had a piece of apple pie a la mode for dessert on Sat., plus a half of a piece of wekking cake. On Sunday I had a few more nibbles, but when the weekend was all over, I was happy with myself.
I have started putting more whole grains into my diet (Blue's advice) and I think that is helping. KCCC"s memo to self was also very helpful. Anyway, I'm looking forward to next weekend to see if I can make it two in a row. Thanks all.

Isn't it nice? So different from out-of-control S-days! Took me a LONG time to make that change, but it was SO powerful! After my own experience, I'm just delighted for you!
