very good day, no snacks, no sweets and no seconds. Down a lb today.
Better choices and trying to keep calories down good food in.

congrats! yes today is day 3 for myself and I'm down a lb today, today is also an S day for me since it's my son's 5th bday but I did good, one plate for dinner but I treated myself to one small slice of his bday cake but I raked all the icing off, so not too bad at all!
