Wow! So whether people are No S-ing or not, they have more intake on the weekends! I think it is FABULOUS that No S fits into that natural way of eating. I DO eat more on the weekends and holidays, but it is still less excess indulgence than I used to have daily.

I love this plan that fits into real life!
