My July 1st results....

Post by OrganicGal » Tue Jul 01, 2008 8:26 pm

Following my No Scale Habitcal now completely successfully (all green squares on the Habitcal) for 34 days....Today on day 35...and being the 1st of the month, was my weigh-in day.
So I stepped on the scale this morning to joyfully find.....I am down 6 pounds!!! :D
I am very happy, I know it is a combination of No S habits and MwP habits (exercise). I am also happy because I know I can do this for the rest of my life....because I already know how to maintain this lifestlye.
Creating and sustaining the No S habits are the only thing that will take me in the direction I want to go!

Go OrganicGal! Congatulations
I call this a No S “Thingyâ€. I have never been on a successful “Dietâ€. My brain thinks a "Thingy" is a new way of eating food, a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

Way to go! And how much more fun to see 6 lbs all at once then watch the scale go up and down every day and stress about it!

Congratulations! Not just on the pounds -- but also (more importantly, even) on the green.
