I have been on (and off) NO S for a month now. I have by no means been perfect, but have significantly cut down on snacking and sweets. I was never one for seconds, so that has been very easy. I have lost 4lbs this month and that's what my goal has been. A pound a week seemed doable......AND I figure 1 pound a week for a year. That would be a great weight loss. Anyway I just look at eating differently now, I actually stop and think before things go into my mouth. This really IS a lifestyle change and it does get easier. Hope you all are getting good results too.

Gail,

I can totally relate to this. My relationship with food has also changed dramatically on NO S,
