For non-slashdotters, it won't be there any more; the quote changes every few minutes. This one seems to lend some wisdom to the diet mentality.

:( That is what I was dealing with last week! I had several red days in a row, and after eating a snack, would realized that I didn't even enjoy it! Felt none of the satisfaction, but all of the excess!

That has been my goal for the past few days, to enjoy my food (to notice the "satisfaction")! Thanks for this quote...I think I will print it out and post it at my desk at work to help remind me!
