A No-S Diet mental Plug-In

Post by deadweight » Mon Jul 21, 2008 10:05 pm

I had an idea for a diet the other day that I wrote about on my blog. It's a very simple concept. I think it's something that could be incorporated in N and S days and help those people who have trouble overloading their plates during the week and overloading themselves during the weekend.

Having been married to the same guy for over 30 years (our 31st anniversary is next month) and actually there's been nobody else for about 5 years longer than that, the thought of a first date scares me so much I wouldn't be able to eat a thing!! LOL

It might work for some though...

Only one downside: you might not taste the food. :-)

I had a diet plan years ago..."Today is not Thanksgiving. Neither is tomorrow." I knew that I needed to quit pigging out, but didn't quite get to the point of eating reasonably!

It has been so long since I was on a first date....but it really is a good idea!
