Establishing behaviours which eliminate constant decision making leaves the brain free to focus on more important (or interesting) things.

Very interesting article. I can understand what they are saying. I believe stress levels also have an impact on 'executive function' and decision making. I know from my own experience..especially right now, that my high stress level is making it hard for me to make the simplest decisions....and so I end up doing none of what I wanted to.

Thank goodness that No S has become such a Habit, or I'm sure I would be in trouble when it comes to my eating and exercise.
