Nice "mod." I think I remember toosolidflesh (a VERY successful no-esser) posted a similar mod involved cottage cheese.

P.S. I know I've said as much before, but it bears repeating: This is a beautiful blog. The graphics are gorgeous. As someone who knows just enough photoshop to know how hard it is, I'm deeply impressed!

I do something similar, but without the sweetener...I struggled a bit at first about whether it was "cheating", but I find the low fat, natural yoghurt so satisfying and filling that I now eat a small glassful once a day after a meal (about 100mls). I also think it's doing me good! :)

I am not a blog reader myself, usually. However, your site is simply lovely and not a chore to browse. I think this even calls for a backflip (web based book marks). Thanks for providing a great site for all to enjoy.
