13 lbs in 3 months. My habitcalc isn't spotless, but it's pretty good

Thank you :)

The thing is...it doesn't feel like I'm doing...anything unusual. Just eating the same ol' same ol' :D (Have developed a habit of plugging inbetween meals with a glass of milk or tea if needed)

Kinda like cheating :). Almost too easy.

I pretty much stuck to Vanilla No-S...those magical 14 little words

In regards to my previous threads on "losing muscle mass" as per DEXA: A while ago I got involved in another squatting study at university. My strength levels remain pretty much unchanged.

Not bad: a diet that works for men, 'fire and forget' style :)

Congratulations! That's impressive.

No-s clearly CAN be quick to yield results (I also lost quickly).

More incentive for people on the fence to dive in and give it a shot (though of course, it's important to brace oneself for the probability that it'll be slow).

What's interesting to me is that there were periods of seeming inactivity...then a small drop etc. I'm glad I only weighed myself sporadically.
If I had been watching the scales more closely I might have panicked.

I wish I had taken some before and durings too - everyone who hasn't seen me for a while makes comment to me losing weight, whereas my initial response is 'huh? Really? You think so?"

kbits,

great news!

I love No S. It has ruined me for "diets" and I think this is a good thing!
