Spliting the S Days

I'm thinking about starting the NoS in a few days. My problem is that I work crazy hours, including weekends. I've taken note that Monday's and Wednesdays seem to be my big eating out days, so to simplify things I figured I'd just split the S days so I could keep my normal habits on those days. I should add that I'm about 40 pounds overweight now, which is still 80 pounds lighter than my max; and that my weight has been stable for 2 years with no diet plan.
I'm also starting Shovelglove on Friday.

See what works for you. It's most important to just stay consistent, so you develop a habit on your N days and it's very clear cut, with no room for fudging the rules in your mind.
Good luck!

Yes, you can split them as long as you're consistent about it and not tempted to add in Saturday and Sunday.
There are a lot of people who work weird hours and days (or at least I seem to know a lot of them). I'd never thought about this until now, but the days we don't work are often the days when we go out or indulge. If one has a really strange schedule, "S" days could be days off (as long as it's only 2 days/week). "S" days could be consistently inconsistent.

I split mine too. As long as you end up with just two a week, do what's going to set you up for success...
