I finally get it!

OK....Now I finally get it! I am at my heaviest weight ever but all I have to do is follow the very simple rules of the No S diet and this definitely will be my heaviest weight ever! It won't get any worse.
I don't have to w eigh myself literally or figuratively. I WILL GRADUALLY LOSE THE WEIGHT! hg

Change your name! You likely will be hungry on N Days, but you will be able to eat as much as you want without guilt on S Days. You will not be hungry on those days, and you'll still lose weight!

PS My heaviest weight ever was 216 on 9/4/08, I started No S on 9/8/08 at 215, and I weighed 208 yesterday.

I never feel hungry on N days, except if I really wait too long between meals or eat too little.
And S days the only difference is my choices of foods.

Here's to gradual losses for all of us! I'm not usually hungry either. I do still get the munchies in the evening occasionally, but I think that's more habit than anything. And it's gradually diminishing. Here's to new habits too!
