Stephen King a lurker?

In his new book "Just After Sunset", the story "Stationary Bike" has this line in the last paragraph (page 146).

"Wearing the LIPID cap while he painted eventually became a habit with him, like allowing himself seconds on days of the week that started with S, and having pie a la mode at Dugan's on Thursday nights."

He is thin after all.

Oh my gosh! I think Stephen King DOES lurk...it's a great story - all about satisfying the "guys" who live inside the protagonist.

Well, if he doesn't lurk, he knows and communicates with someone who does. That's too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence.

Wow. That is awesome.

In a thousand years than might be the last cultural fragment of no-s (or perhaps it'll be the other way around :-)).

Or he may not be lurking... he could be any of us.

Bwah ha ha, as Dogbert would say.

Okay, it is me. Remember how I said my job involves sitting at the computer all day? All that stuff about my womanly hormones was just a ruse to keep my identity concealed.
