back again and reintroducing myself

Post by lmt2pt » Mon Jan 05, 2009 12:53 am

Well, back on the boards anyway. I've stayed on No S I just haven't been as consistant at being on the computer. Anyway, since it looks like there are a lot of new people here and I'm sure the veterans don't remember me, I'll reintroduce myself. My name is Heather. Since getting married two years ago I managed to drop a car on my foot and have two miscarriages resulting in a 50 pound weight gain. I had done No S prior to getting married with success and came back just in time for the release of the book. I've very slowly dropped 15 pounds since then. I have stopped trying to lose weight as I am currently 10 weeks pregnant but I've found that the habit has taken over my life and even pregnant I instinctively follow No S. Despite doing well without the boards, I MISSED YOU! So I'm back. I look forward to getting to know everyone again.

Welcome back Heather!

As one of the relative newbies, it's great to hear about your success with No S and about how the habits really do become just that.

And congratulations -- eating smart during pregnancy is a plus for both of you!

Hi Heather....

I haven't a clue how you drop a car on your foot, but it made me cringe to just think about it! Yikes!

I'm sorry for your losses...I've never miscarried, but I'm sure the sadness from those goes very deep.

You're so smart to eat well now while you're pregnant. I hope you'll be able to drop in here often & visit.

Welcome back...
