Lots of pasta and soda. Feeling really stuffed. Lesson learned. Too much eating is painful.

haha, so true! Last weekend I had a gourmet cupcake that was so rich and sweet I was nauseous!! I'll be off cupcakes for a while!

Yeah, it may take a few such lesson days to properly calibrate your excess to the point that you actually enjoy it...

I find a little advance planning and an insistence on QUALITY instead of mere bulk goes a long way. Remember, you're rewarding yourself. Trash isn't a reward, even (especially) a mountain of it.

Ooooh yeah. When the Eagles were playing the Cardinals, we had a party with A LOT of appetizers and then a big dinner. I could not finish my dinner because I was SOOOO stuffed. It felt horrible.
