I just made this.... took only about 30 mins and it was GREAT!
One 30oz can refried beans
Two 14.5 oz cans pinto beans rinsed and drained
One 14.5 oz can Rotel tomatoes (tomatoes with green chilis in them)
Two cups of chicken broth/stock
Seasons to taste if you like.
Mix all together and let simmer for 30 mins to meld flavors. Delicious and oh so easy.
I had a mug of that, grilled cheese, orange and cup of milk. Super lunch!
