the J diet

Post by ~reneew » Tue May 26, 2009 1:28 am

I just had to mention that my 7 year old came up with a plan... the J diet: No junk food until January and sometimes in June and July. Hmmm. What do you think? The rest of the family told him to be quiet.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

hehe ! Kids ! Shouldn't it be called the 'No J' diet then ??
;-)

It's a good idea because most junk foods is really not too good for you. Besides, you can make tasty burgers at home if you really want to, go easy on the condiments and the cheese and have a salad as a side dish, or a baked potato in the oven instead of french fries ... with a glass of milk. That would be much better for your health and tastier too.

Lil' kids often have good ideas, my nephew is 8 years old and he said he likes the plain air popped pop corn I make because it is good for the health, right on !

Cheers !

Marc ;-)

Disclaimer : I am following a more extreme version of the 'No-S' diet.
I made my own personal modifications to the original plan (Diet & Exercise)
What I am doing should not be misinterpreted as being a typical 'No-S' diet experience.

Well, first you have to define "junk" food. But it could make Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter a little less enjoyable! What's Halloween without treats?

Ahhh! I'll tell him. I'm sure that idea will be out... halloween alone blew that!
