Very cool, Reinhard! Definitely a nice little write-up about an excellent little book.

Yep, but then we already knew how great it was, right? Good going Rein!
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

That is so funny because I had a dream last night that Reinhard was on Oprah and she had one of her "aha" moments.

That's great, Reinhard!

In regard to Oprah's potential "Aha!" moment, I think she should read what Burlsgirl said:
Burlsgirl wrote:I simply cannot believe that with over 10 years of research, and countless diets and exercise programs, it never occurred to me that the reason I'm overweight is that I EAT TOO MUCH!
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing itself has changed but our power to do it is increased." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

"You are what you eat -- so don't be Fast, Easy, Cheap or Fake."

I know. Burlsgurl statement was brilliant in its simplicity. Simplicity is one thing that is missing from the diet culture.

It would be great for national exposure for No S.
