As usual, a great interview, Reinhard. :)

However, I noticed that No-S isn't find-able in their sidebar list of diets. It doesn't fit most of the categories, of course (mostly SAD diets - substance accounting diets of some form), but it would be nice if it could be included somewhere.

Maybe they need "lifestyle diets" or "sensible diets" as a category. ;)

Yeah, everything has to be reduceable to a soundbyte these days -- fortunately No-s is just one word shy of that to begin with. :-)
I noticed that No-S isn't find-able in their sidebar list of diets.
Perhaps if the (currently rather sorry) page view count of this interview goes up it will be!
