A Good Lesson on Not Snacking
Yesterday was just a rough day, in terms of eating. It started off with having a small piece of coffee cake at Bible study (about 2 hours after breakfast) and a dessert with lunch. That afternoon, I was craving a Pumpkin Spice frappucino, so I had a small one at about 3 PM (3 hours before dinner). So by the time dinner came along, I really wasn't that hungry for it. I had homemade stew and homemade corn bread, and it didn't taste as good as it had the day before, because I wasn't as hungry.
So here's my lesson I wanted to share: Don't snack in between meals, or you won't enjoy your meals as much.

Sounds like what mom used to say -- don't eat between meals or you'll ruin your appetite.

You know, in other message boards, I've seen QFT, and I thought it meant something much more vulgar than quoted for truth. Thanks for spelling it out for me. :)
