I read in an old magazine lately that if you dish your plates up too full that if you take a picture of your plates, you may be able to view them as someone else might. Maybe it might help. I wonder if I try to take a picture of every plate I have... if it might help. It might help to remind me that every single bite needs to be on a plate and I'd be able to visualize all of my intake for the day. I could even bring them up on my computer and keep a record of what I'm eating that way. I hate to do that recording stuff since No S is so simple, I'd hate to make it work, but days that I have trouble seeing my plate, it may help.
This reminded me of that thread about full plates. I may find it to bump up. That was funny.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Sounds like waaay too much work to me!
I guess what I'd do if I'm eating 3 plates and not losing: put less on the plate or look at exactly what is on the plate to see if it's too high in calories and then what could I substitute so I'm still getting enough and not getting hungry between meals.
