I hereby declare

Post by mrsj » Tue Jun 01, 2010 7:29 am

that it's time to get down to some serious No S! I've been trying No S since Feb. 2009 and have no progress. Too many reds, too many wild S days and too many excuses. Too much fattening food that technically is allowed on N days.

I WILL do vanilla No S and move more. I WILL be at least one size smaller by end of summer!

No more dorking around! :D

Let us declare June to be a NO Shilly-Shallying month!

(Or, at least, if you must Shilly, then don't Shally, or vise versa:('')

('') that is all i have to say.....

Remember to start with N days! And you know what changes you need to be making in those meals to make them more moderate, right?

It's a declaration of DEPENDANCE to No-S. ;-)

Good work there, it's always good when you set goals and then you do everything you can to achieve them of course. Good luck.

Cheers !

Vanilla is such a great flavor -- it goes with everything. :-)

Good luck!
