Well, yes--but because it subconciously gets made up sometime soon after. Hopefully it doesn't make some people think they ahve license to eat 600 extra calories every day!leVictoria wrote:This is insane! They are saying that a difference of 600 calories really doesn't make that much of an impact!

I can identify with that. Last night I ate rather a lot of pizza (too much?!) and today I don't feel like eating a lot, even though it's an S Day. I didn't even have breakfast till after 10am because I wasn't that hungry!
In the bad old days (on ww and many other diets) I would have just thought "Right, I've blown it. Might as well eat like a pig all weekend long before I start again on Monday!". Not any more. I think the moderate approach of No S allows this natural mechanism to kick in, so we become better at regulating ourselves.
