Hello, I am new. I was wondering what are some foods you like to save for S days?
11/8/10 Starting weight 155 lbs.
Today 154 lbs.

When I took S days, it was only sweets. Obviously I didn't snack or have seconds. But if I wanted fries, for instance, or chips, I could work them into a meal.
