And I am amazed at how much better my food tastes. I have been very strict about no snacks at all. I am finding I am not as hungry as I was day1 & I am able to handle skipping my nighttime eating routine.
Everything tastes better, I had no idea how sweet a navel orange tasted.
I am eating fruit with each meal (breakfast is a small banana, apple & half a bagel).
I really seem to like getting the most bang for my food buck & a bag of dorittos isnt worth a filling apple.
I am looking forward to the weekend for a S day but since its becoming habit not to snack, I dont see the S days being out of control (I hope).
I am noticing that my pants are fitting better (is this possible) & The scale says I lost 3 pounds already. I dont know if its just because I am eating less & therefore have less food in my body or something else.
I do a half hour daily on my eliptical machine & am really enjoying how easy this lifestyle change (not really a diet) is working out for me.
Anyway, today is a good day & I am learning quickly the difference between being bored & wanting to eat vs. being hungry.
