Hi everyone! (new member, technically 10th day no-s)

Hi everyone, I thought I'd just quickly introduce myself while procrastinating doing other, important things!
I'm a just-turned-22 female student in the UK. I've been reading about no-s and shovelglove etc on-and-off for a couple of years now, but this is the first time I've really attempted any of the systems. I'm beginning with no-S. Reinhard's writing really appeals to my geeky side, the systems are amazing! I've also listened to quite a lot of the podcasts over the last few months, even though I haven't been doing any of the systems.
I'm not actually overweight, but I am over 'my' weight -- I have put on about 7lbs since I started University (I'm in my third/final year now), but to me it looks like more, I have belly that I never had before. I'm about 5'3" and weigh about 125lbs. I don't have a 'goal weight', but seeing the scale go down would make a nice start, and I have some jeans bought from the internet that don't fit -- I would love to be able to wear them!
I'm fairly inactive, and without structure I lean towards perma-snacking, but I feel better with planned meals. I'm vegan (for ethical, not dietary reasons).
I've technically done 9 (starting my 10th) days of no-s, but that feels a bit dishonest to say since in my first week I took 3 NWS-days!
I thought about not taking them all, but in the interest of starting out easy, and knowing that these were absoloutely S-days I would have taken if they didn't all happen to be in the same week, I took them. So, I've only done 4 N-days (starting my 5th) so far!
Oh well, that busy week is past and unless anything unusual happens, my next NWS-day should be February 11th. I'm definitely going to try and keep it to the 'canonical' 2-days-a-month from now on!
Thanks for letting me ramble on. What I really could do with is an Everyday System for making sure I do some work related to my degree rather than post on the internet.
