Some echoes of No S here. Of course, they eat for pleasure, not health or fuel. At the end, when asked how they eat this way and don't get fat, they say:
"We don’t eat between meals,†she says. “We’re very active. We don’t watch TV very much. We don’t eat processed food. We don’t fry. We eat very little sugar." (bolding mine)

Nothing about no seconds in there, but when you think about the way French people eat, "large portions" does not come leaping to mind.
