I don't know if many of you find a reduction in your grocery bill when you start eating No-S. I did, and I'd always been pretty frugal in terms of groceries.


As food prices are rising, I'm finding myself grateful that I've gotten used to only eating at meals and keeping portions relatively small.

I pretty much stopped eating at restaurants when I developed food allergies.
