Thank you, Clarica, that is really interesting, particularly the comment about the value of an internet support group. I find checking the No S discussion forum a great motivator.

To the detriment of our health, we are living in a food carnival.
This says it all, to me. Thank goodness NoS limits the eating episodes per day. We have too much - too many choices, too much availability, etc. No wonder most of us are overweight or obese!
