100 successful days!

Post by sheepish » Tue Sep 06, 2011 8:49 am

I keep a habitcal-like spreadsheet tracking my successs, fails and special days (I like being able to run off my own stats as I am a geek) and I noticed today that yesterday was my 100th successful day!

I've been doing this seriously for 188 days which means that 53% of my days have been successes, 17% fails and 30% special.

I obviously still need to work a bit on my habit.. The scary thing is that I've still lost weight - I think I've lost about 25 pounds now and, recently, my pace of weight loss has actually increased (contrary to my expectations).

I love No S.

Oh, I'm a geek too! I am so glad I live in the time of electronic spreadsheets.

Well done on 100 days and the 25 lb weight loss. That's phenomenal.

This sounded so good to me that I decided to start a 100 day challenge. For now it's just 100 days total - but I hope it will lead to 100 N days.
