hi

i was wondering

how do you acomodate soups and broths in the nosdiet?

i love to have broth with meat vejetables and rise

do you use one plate(i dont know how to say in english plato hondo...deep plate? bowl, whatever...) and consider it you whole meal?

Lots of us like soups and eat them on the NoS Diet.

I just put the bowl on a plate. If there is space left over on the plate, I can put food on it.

I do balance things out, though. If it's broth or a very light soup, I'll put more food on the plate. If it's a heavy stew, I might add a little salad and leave it at that.
