I am back...

Post by 3aday » Mon Oct 10, 2011 4:04 am

As of today 10/10/11, I re-commit myself to the No S Diet.
Today I choose to go back to the only lifestyle that worked for me:

No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds
Except for days that begin with S
Three meals a day, nothing in between, one day at a time. No matter what.

Everything is a choice.
Today I choose No S as my plan.

Health and blessings to all...Becky

Thank you very much! :D
I had surgery last Wednesday and I am home recovering.
I felt that I needed to publicly post my re-commitment to the No S plan to keep me accountable and honest.
I never went off of No S but I did modify it because of my health issues and tried go go back to a hunger/fullness lifestyle.
I look forward to going back to 3 meals a day with life in between.
I think the reason No S and intermittent fasting works for me is because it's easier for me to not eat during a specific period of time than to worry about if I am hungry or full.
I hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed Monday!

A speedy recovery from your surgery and your No S setback.
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
Age 69
BMI Jan/10-30.8
1/12-26.8 3/13-24.9 +/- 8-lb. 3 yrs
9/17 22.8 (flux) 3/18 22.2
2 yrs flux 6/20 22
1/21-23

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)

3aday....I hope you're feeling better & better every day.

I'm back too....I've been here on & off for 3 years and I finally changed my username & decided not to give up. I have to admit that the first 2 months were really difficult, but only because I kept trying to convince myself that I'd never, ever succeed (I'm my worst enemy), but now that I've been doing this for awhile, it's SO much better than before. You're in a good place 3aday...you've done this before & know what to watch out for and how to hang in there. You absolutely can do this....

Again...I hope you're feeling stronger every day.

Sorry I haven't been posting but life gets in the way! Ugh!
Anyway...
I hope to post on a regular basis once I am back in the swing of things.
Having No S success.
I forgot how less complicated this lifestyle is!
