To tell or not to tell?

Post by used2bskinny » Mon Oct 24, 2011 1:21 pm

Hi There!

I have been on so many diets that I'm sure people think I'm a complete fool! This time I'm only telling my husband and no one else. If anyone asks me how I lost the weight, then i will tell them!

Good idea. Diets are like children. Your own are far more interesting to you than they are to anyone else even if they feign polite interest.

I've dropped about 10lbs and a few people have noticed. No one, however, has asked me how I did it.

People really don't want to talk about dieting.

You're so right. Even I am bored with my own diets!
