Since many of us here are middle age, I thought I would share. It's never too late to get healthy.

Being overweight as a teenager carries a greater risk of being an overweight adult, along with an increased risk of dying from heart disease. But overweight adolescents who slim down in middle age may lower their risk, a new study shows.

The article didn't say. Personally, I think it can mean whatever you want it to mean.

Well weight loss will probably always be good for a healthier heart , no matter how old you are :)
