God's Diet

I was a little skeptical when I saw this article, but it's similar to No-S. Humorous, too.

God sure has a fun way of getting my attention!! I was, for the millionth time, trying to figure out what plan I would follow to lose weight (for the millionth time). Something came to mind (I wonder how that thought got there?) to eat what I want, just 1/2 of it and twice as many vegies and fruit. HMMMM, then NoS came to mind. When I came to this site I saw this thread!!! Thanks for posting that!! NoS is the only sanity there is for those of us who are losing it!!

A few years ago, What Would Jesus Eat and the Weigh Down diet were making the rounds of Christianity. I hope they helped some people.

When I first saw the link to the article, those programs are what I thought of. What a pleasant surprise the article was!

Yes, but there were no Cheeto's, Doritos or Twinkies!

No, there were not, however I am one that does think those foods are OK eaten in moderation at meals.
