I thought this article was interesting on the importance of sleep for maintaining a healthy weight. Something I'm constantly struggling with...

Thanks funfuture!! I made a commitment to sleep well the first time I did NoS about 2 years ago. Getting to bed early is a habit that stuck and it has been HUGE for me. I feel SO much better!!

Sleep is also part of the restorative process that replenishes our self regulation more commonly known as will power according to Tierney and Baumeister.
