Another fitness guru promoting no snacking

Post by lbb (Liz) » Wed Mar 21, 2012 3:32 pm

I came across this article from a women's health and wellness coach.
He promotes eating only 3 times/day and NOT dieting. Also, to include in your life chocolate, cheese, etc.
Interesting read, esp. the "diet" portion.

diets appear as this golden ticket to a perfect solution to cure the past or present. They lure you in and actually tap into those potential obsessive characteristics that women often have (due to ever increasing pressures in society on women to look skinny).

...women need silly self discipline levels to be able to have ‘a handful of nuts’.If you open a healthy snack, the likelihood is you eat the whole packet and have suddenly added extra calories to your dietary intake you didn’t need.
Exactly!!
