More studies should collect information on when people eat, and not just what they eat, Panda said.
There is so much we don't know scientifically but we do know culturally. Eat regular, reasonable meals. Don't snack, you'll ruin your appetite. Save sweets and treats for special occasions because if you don't they won't be special anymore.
