From Shape Magazine: 7 Quirky Weight Loss Strategies that Really Work. One of the strategies is no snacking. It specifically mentions No S.
So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable. -- Christopher Reeve

REad my last comment and it sounded snarkier than I wanted. I'm actually VERY glad it was mentioned and regret only that it was just in passing. It needs to be a regular feature, though I think Reinhard's whole point is that it isn't that complicated. However, time has shown that implementation is still tricky. Or perhaps surrender is.

I think the problem isn't that implementation is tricky; it's that we've become used to eating anything, any time, anywhere. This has happened only in the last 40 years or so. Prior to that, something like No-S was the norm and no one gave it any thought. Our food culture has become a culture of dietary sloth.oolala53 wrote:REad my last comment and it sounded snarkier than I wanted.
