Just saying hello. I guess I am here for the same reasons every one else is: support and encouragement. I need to lose about 30-40 pounds. I've been exercising consistently for a few months but I haven't been able to get my eating under control. I've tried quite a few plans (even this one) but just didn't have to determination to stick with it. I am hoping this time will be different.

Hope you get your determination bolstered. Use the habitcal, too. And the catchphrase glossary. And the testimonials! but ration yourself. Expand your life, not your waistband. three meals a day and life in between.
