Future success story :)

Post by Kyky72 » Fri Nov 02, 2012 8:50 am

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I am Kylie from Australia.

I currently weigh just over 300lbs, but I know I am going to be a No S Diet success story. It feels so sensible and right to me. :)

I am on day 5 today and about to have my first 2 S days. I feel confident I can be moderate in my eating but still have a treat or two. I do believe the less sweets i eat the less i crave them.

I have tried every diet ever written and have never been so excited about any of them.

My Habitcal is looking very pretty and I am keeping my daily check in up to date.

I love reading all the stories of others on this journey. Very inspiring.

Wish me luck!
K
