I'm back!!!

Hey No-Sers!

So I decided to make a public declaration to say that I AM BACK TO NO S FOR GOOD. I've tried No S a bunch of times, and always made it about a week before I failed a few days in a row and gave up. Since then I've tried calorie counting, cutting out all junk food, etc etc, and none of that is working. I really think I need to fix my relationship with food and I know that NO S is the right way to do it. It's the perfect plan of moderation.

I'm tired of feeling guilty after a binge session or feeling fat when trying on clothes, or getting too much heart burn because I'm over weight. I am once and for all going to do this No S thing, and hopefully by doing the daily check in I can stick to it this time.

Wish me luck!

Welcome back and good luck!

Nothing like failing at a bunch of other programs to get a body ready to surrender to No S. It's the best white flag you'll ever wave.
