having a hard time keeping N days green

I am having a hard time keeping my N Days really green. I don't know if it is because I am not "going crazy" on S days or what? I will keep trying though. Any suggestions?

Just keep trying. It takes a while to make this new habit. Remember, progress, not perfection.

Sometimes, that's just the way it goes. As wosnes says, just keep at it.
Without knowing which S is tripping you up the most, here are some suggestions, many of which are familiar.
1. Don't keep sweets in the house.
2. Make sure that your meals are satisfying and have at least one highly anticipated yummy.
3. Load up your plate a little more if needed.
4. Start a new hobby or make a list of tasks that need to be attended to so you have something to do when you are bored.
5. Make sure you are getting enough rest. Your willpower really does depend on how well rested you are.

Can't really suggest much without knowing what specifically is causing you problems.
When I was first starting, I was really inspired by the Strictness podcast (#13). The idea that being strict made the habit build faster / easier was very motivating to me.

I'd echo ironchef - it's hard to know what to suggest without knowing the problem! Is it sweets, snacks or seconds (or a combination) giving you grief?
