Made it past 21 days!

Post by TLMWA » Wed Feb 13, 2013 11:38 pm

Ok, so it has been five weeks! I started and stopped a few times. This time I started and tweaked it a bit with a no flour/no sugar diet. During this time I also found out that I am wheat intolerant, so have gone off wheat for good. I make Saturday my S day with and occasional S treat on Sunday.
So excited to see the progress! 14 pounds so far! Plus my husband has joined me and he is down almost 20.
Looking forward to seeing how this journey transforms my life!

MJ, for the 21 day challenge, you go for three weeks because the S-Days count as Success days. :)

How is 21 days counted - by number of green days, or by 3 full weeks (including weekend days)?
