Question about cereal

Post by Aprilsparrow » Thu Feb 28, 2013 1:21 pm

I'm sure this question has been asked already. I like having cereal in the morning. If I had one bowl with a sliced banana would that be considered a serving/plate or could I add a piece of toast? Just looking for some clarification.

Thanks!

If the bowl of cereal and the toast would fit on your dinner plate, you're good to go. Same goes with soup at lunch.
