It's working!

Post by Minkymoo » Fri Apr 26, 2013 8:20 am

I'd just like to say how happy and pleased and surprised that the No S Diet is working for me! It's slooooow, but it's good, and hopefully, maybe, even permanent! Ive just made it to the 10kg loss mark (finally!) and it will be my turn to write my own thread on the testimonials page that I've spent so long reading through for encouragement this past year. I'll do it this weekend :-)

Yea! Congratulations! Keep it up.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Congratulations! No-S is slower than many (most?) other weight loss programs, but as long as you stick with the habit, it's likely more permanent.
