alcohol consumption
How do you work in alcohol in your No S plan? Do you have a beer or wine on S days or anyday?
Reinhard has another system called Glass Ceiling that was intended for another issue but can be incorporated into No-S. Essentially, you can have two alcoholic beverages daily -- even on N days.
You might have to watch for excess sugar in some drinks and mixers.

I'm pretty sure French women limit themselves to a glass at the average meal. I know I've read they're shocked at how drunk the English girls typically get, as well as how much they eat. I don't get that they think it's a sign of lucky freedom to overdo eating or drinking.
