better S weekend!

Post by musiclvr02 » Sun Jul 28, 2013 9:13 pm

I had a better S weekend! Had a few of those 90 calorie bars for my sweet and maple syrup on pancakes Sat! No layer chocolate cake with icing or brownies. I think I'm starting to make a little progress. Aug 1 will be one month and I will weigh myself at that time!

Actually it's relief not to eat the S way 7x a week instead of 2. I have some days where what I eat isn't so great or fulfilling and it's hard to wait for the next meal.

Yes, why have a bar? Unless you prefer it as a sweet.

Try to relax and give yourself time. I know it's exciting and we're used to on diets micromanaging and having to immerse ourselves in details, but this is simpler and more organic. Looking for evidence of success right now is like pulling up a seed that has just begun to sprout below the ground. It's more important what the plant will be like in a few months or even a year. Trust the process.

actually there is a new one which is like a lemon bar. I was kind of skeptic, but they are very yummy! I've tried to choco chip, which is so so, the chocolate brownie is good. I don't care for peanut butter so I don't know what it's like.
