Green, Red or yellow

Post by Jethro » Tue Aug 06, 2013 2:19 pm

Last Thursday I had surgery that among its side effects, has killed my appetite.

To ensure sufficient calories and proper nutrition, I've been told to consume sugary shakes and juices.

Should I score my NOS HabitCal green, red or yellow?

BTW, part of my recuperative therapy is to walk as much as I can.

On the home page Reinhard says sick days are S days. That would make them yellow. Or, since you're following doctor's advice, they could be green as well. They're not red.

Speedy recovery!

Yellow, since you're recovering right now.
